FUNCTION
As a Partner of the Firm, Mr. Delle Donne performs the duties for management of the architectural staff, track multiple project and production schedules to meet client’s deadlines and construction budgets, collaborates with the other partners to develop proposals, project budgets, and project timelines. Mr. Delle Donne coordinates with mulitple consultant disciplines and communicates with clients and corporate representatives to design and create spaces and structures which conform to program requirements. Mr. Delle Donne also supervises the construction administration of the projects to assure Code compliance consistent with construction documents and specifications. Mr. Delle Donne has over 15 years of professional experience participating in the design and execution of projects covering a wide range of building types and programs including commercial, residential, retail and hospitality buildings.
Mr. Delle Donne is currently running the health club and hospitality studio in the partnership, along with restaurants, retail centers and other projects.
